Your license key was sent to your email immediately after purchase. Search your inbox (including spam/junk) for "license keys and downloads". You can also find it in your account under "My Orders".
The most common cause is installing the wrong version. Your key only works with the exact product you purchased (e.g., Office 2024 Pro Plus LTSC key needs Office 2024 Pro Plus LTSC installer). Check our Activation Guides for the correct installer.
Yes, all our keys are genuine Microsoft product keys. You activate directly with Microsoft's activation servers. We do not use cracks, patches, or activators.
Digital licenses delivered instantly cannot be refunded for 'change of mind' once the key is disclosed. If there's a genuine technical issue we can't resolve, we'll offer a replacement or exception refund.
LTSC/Pro Plus volume keys work on Windows only. For Mac, you need Microsoft 365 or Office Home & Business for Mac. Contact us for alternatives.
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Search for "Licenpia" or "license keys". If still not found, send us your order number or the email you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
In Word → File → Account → Change Product Key → enter key → choose 'Activate by telephone'. You'll see an Installation ID (IID). Send us a clear screenshot of it and we'll reply with the Confirmation ID (CID).
OEM keys are tied to one device permanently. Retail keys may be transferable. Both are genuine Microsoft keys that activate the same product.
If a refund is approved, it typically processes within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
